1.面团:中筋面粉120g,鸡蛋1个,花生酱10g,牛奶20g ,细砂糖6g,盐2g,酵母2g。

2.把所有面团料倒入大碗混合。

3.揉成光滑不粘手的面团,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏室冷藏发酵一夜。

4.第二天取出,面团发酵至两倍大,回温约1小时。

5.将面团排气,切成8等份,滚圆,室温盖保鲜膜松弛半小时。

6.馅料:芝士片4片,酱火腿60g。

7.分别将芝士和酱火腿切成小丁,备用。

11.三明治机预热。

芝士可以是随便什么芝士,馅料的用量可以根据自己喜好酌情增减。
包的时候需注意捏紧收口,以防烤的时候露馅。
